Inside the Wall that crowns the center of Andalusia, we find a magnificent town house at the foot of the Royal Collegiate Church of Santa María La Mayor, Historical Heritage of Spain.
This Town House consists of 2 floors (ground floor 1 ) of 20m2 each. Before entering the ground floor, we access the property through a large porch, which allows us to enjoy the wonderful climate of the town of Antequera. The sun, the flowers, the views, and why not, enjoy a small snack with our family-friends-neighbors.
Once inside the house we find a wonderful use of the 20m2. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed where we can accommodate our guests and a large front where to place a large television without compromising space. Climbing the stairs we reach the relaxation area. A double room with an open concept to make the most of the space. The lighting and views from this first floor are impressive.
At a glance, through one of the windows, we have Antequera before our eyes, guarded by La Peña de los Enamorados and Los Dólmenes. Both declared World Heritage of Humanity by Unesco. And if we lower our eyes a bit, we find another archaeological discovery, a Roman Baths, also declared Historical Heritage. Said property is registered with the Ministry of Tourism and accredited for the use of said home for tourism purposes. Which, not only makes it have an immense attraction to live in, but it can also be an asset that allows an income month after month due to the tourist interest of the area and Antequera.
Account, just a few minutes walk, with restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and pastry shops, post office, schools and institutes, free parking, and much more.
